GMH - Returns Policy (Distance Selling)
Terms & conditions
(1) Most parts that are sold by GMH are auto salvage and sold as such. Whilst we make every effort to provide quality products, due to the nature of the products we cannot guarantee that every part is absolutely perfect.
(2) Unless otherwise stated all parts carry a 90 day warranty, which operates by exchange only, and does not cover labour costs, consumables, carriage and/or consequential losses. All parts must be fitted in a professional manner in order for the warranty to be applicable.
(3) Customers have the right to cancel an order within the first 7 working days following receipt of the item, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. The item must be returned in its original condition and at the customers cost. Notification of the order cancellation must be made in writing to GMH within the 7 day period.
As per clause (6) detailed below, no refunds are made for the carriage charges that are incurred in sending the item to the customer.
(4) If the product purchased is based on an exchange, then the old unit must be returned reasonably clean and drained of all fluids.
(5) All goods and exchanged units are to be returned at the customers cost, unless with prior written agreement from GMH.
(6) No refunds are made for carriage charges, unless with prior written agreement from GMH.
(7) All parts correctly supplied by GMH and returned for a credit are subject to a 20% handling fee. This clause does not affect the rights afforded to you under clause (3) pertaining to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
(8) The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
